Payments
We accept MasterCard, and Visa for security reasons, credit cards used for payment on orders placed by phone must be billed to an
address within the United States and must be issued by a US-based bank. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or
delivery. We ship anywhere in the United States, but the quoted shipping prices are for the Continental US only. Our shipping
charges are calculated based on the overall weight, size and shipping difficulty for each order. Shipping charges can be obtained
by adding items to the shopping cart.
Financing is only available to our in-store customers. All applicants must visit our
store for the application information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be pleased with our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days for exchange or
refund.
Please include a copy of your receipt and tell us if you prefer exchange or refund. Please insure any returned
packages. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable. Items sent in exchange are subject to regular shipping charges.
We do not accept COD.
Orders for personalization cannot be cancelled. All returned items must have original wrapping
intact in order to be returned. All returned items must be in saleable condition for the refund to be issued. We appreciate
your assistance.
